Payoup requires that its platform be used only for lawful, ethical, and transparent commercial activities. Accounts selling, promoting, or facilitating products or services in the categories listed below will be immediately suspended and balances may be frozen.
This list is comprehensive but not exhaustive. Payoup retains sole discretion to determine whether any product or service violates this policy.
2. Financial & Legal Prohibitions
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Unauthorized money transfer or currency exchange services
- Unlicensed cryptocurrency exchange or wallet services
- Cryptocurrency mining, staking, and ICOs (initial coin offerings)
- Secondary market NFT sales
- Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) and commission-based referral networks
- Unlicensed investment advisory or securities sales
- Counterfeit or stolen financial instruments
- High-interest or unlicensed lending services
- Debt settlement, negotiation, and consolidation
- Check cashing and money order services
- Gambling, betting, online casinos, and lotteries
- Bankruptcy law services and bail bond services
- Credit monitoring and credit repair services
3. Digital Product & Service Prohibitions
- Malware, viruses, or spyware
- Hacking tools or cyberattack services
- Fake social media accounts, followers, likes, or online traffic sales
- Software or media infringing copyright
- Sale of personal data or identity information
- Spam or bulk email tools
- Fake diplomas, certificates, or identity documents
- Fraudulent remote technical support services
- Digital products or courses promising get-rich-quick schemes
- Phishing tools or services
4. Health, Pharmaceutical & Substance Prohibitions
- Prescription drugs sold without a prescription
- Narcotics or psychotropic substances
- Marijuana, cannabis products, and related equipment
- Designer drugs or substances mimicking drug effects (including kava)
- Unapproved medical devices or treatments
- Products with misleading health claims or dangerous nutraceuticals
- Steroids or prohibited performance-enhancing substances
- Tobacco, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and related products
- Equipment designed for drug production or consumption
5. Content Prohibitions
- Child abuse or child pornography
- Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
- Violence, terrorism, or extremist content
- Harassment or bullying content
- Adult content, pornography, escort, and sexual services
- AI-generated adult content
- Content promoting illegal violence or damage to property
6. Other Prohibited Activities
- Sale of weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Trade in endangered animals or plants
- Human trafficking or forced labor
- Counterfeit goods or brand imitation
- Fraud or phishing services
- Illegal immigration or visa services
- Trade in organs or human tissue
- Deceptive or misleading marketing practices
- Negative option marketing and subscriptions with hidden fees
- Travel services: charter flights, timeshare, and travel clubs
- Telecommunications manipulation equipment and signal jammers
- Unauthorized impersonation of government services or public benefit distribution
- Trade with high-risk or sanctioned countries (North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, etc.)
7. Consequences of Violation
Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to the following actions:
- Immediate account suspension
- Freezing of balances and transactions
- Notification to relevant authorities
- Permanent account closure
- Initiation of legal proceedings
