All payment transactions are securely processed by licensed third-party payment processors.
Transparent pricing is our fundamental principle. There are no hidden monthly subscription fees. We charge 5.9% + $0.50 per successful transaction. Additional payment processor fees may apply separately.
Your earnings become withdrawable after the payment processor's settlement period completes. The settlement period is determined by the processor's own rules (e.g. T+3, T+7).
No. Payoup is a technology platform that acts as the principal seller (Merchant of Record) on all transactions. All card transactions, bank transfers, and digital wallet payments are processed by licensed third-party payment processors. Payoup provides the technology (SaaS) infrastructure and business management tools, and is the Merchant of Record and billing entity on all customer transactions.
